  1. I pretty much agree with everything you’ve said. I really don’t like the idea of lugging around a phone the size of a novel and as for being a dream to type on, I really see it being so. But then, I’m not much of a fan of the ubiquitous iPhone either.

    I’d be interested to hear what you think of Kindles too.

  2. Thanks, Mark. I have to say, I’m not a huge fan of eReaders per se, but the Kindle was arguably the top of the pile…or was until the iPad came along. Call me a purist, but I just can’t see myself ever reading anything other than a printed book…the whole tactile and olifactory experience just can’t be replicated in electronic form. Plus, with a book your batteries never run out, you’re unlikely to be mugged for it and it won’t break when you sit on it.
