Simon heads up CCT (Customer Centric Transformation), Foviance’s strategic consulting function, which helps businesses to transform strategies, channels and operations to improve customer experience outcomes.
Since 2003, he has represented the UK on an international standard in Customer Experience measurement. Simon has designed customer-centric programmes and initiatives ranging up to 65 initiatives and £1m in value, and helped Ernst & Young and PricewaterhouseCoopers develop and integrate customer-centric processes into their methods.
Simon is passionate about Customer-Centricity, and is never happier than when helping a client to align their business strategies and operations around producing better Customer Experiences.
