Mark joined Foviance in 2001 as Sales Manager and has been responsible for many of Foviance’s key clients such as RBS, Barclays, Nokia, and Sportingbet.
Mark has been the driving force behind Foviance’s established position as the UK’s leading Customer Experience Consultancy in the Online Gaming sector.
Appointed Consultancy Director in October 2008, Mark heads up a team of leading consultants who specialise in customer experience research, working across Financial services, Retail, Gaming and Automotive sectors.
Both online and offline, the team creates user experiences that focus on customers. This helps create markets, drive sales for companies and increase customer satisfaction.
