Paul Blunden – CEO

Paul Blunden, CEO of Foviance. Paul holds an MBA from Cranfield School of Management, a Diploma in Marketing from CIM and is a Graduate of the CIPD.

Paul is a regular commentator on multi-channel customer experience at conferences and in the media.

Catriona Campbell – Founder

Catriona Campbell is one of the most recognisable faces in the digital industry, thanks to her numerous public speaking and media engagements. With degrees in Psychology and Human Computer Interaction (HCI), and having previously worked at BP, General Electric and Barclays Plc, Catriona founded The Usability Company in 2001.

Marty Carroll – Consultancy Director

As Director of Consulting at Foviance, Marty Carroll heads up a team of usability and accessibility specialists and information architects, providing high-level consultancy to FTSE 100 companies on how they can create compelling user experiences.

Mark Blunden – Consultancy Director

Mark Blunden has been the driving force behind Foviance’s established position as the UK’s leading Customer Experience Consultancy in the Online Gaming sector.

Neil Mason – Director of Analytical Consulting

Neil Mason is one of the world’s leading analytics guru’s and he has a big reputation. He holds an MBA from Kingston Business School, a Diploma in Business and Economic Forecasting and currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Web Analytics Association, the global industry body for digital analytics professionals.

Paula Misselbrook-Lovejoy – Finance Manager

Paula joined Foviance 2 years ago to reorganise the Finance department, implement systems and develop in house processes for the new team. She has used her expertise to design and introduce a number of changes focussing on the improvement and optimisation of the Finance department.

Philip Hunt – Non-Exec Chairman

Philip Hunt is a chartered accountant who has worked in the media and technology sectors for the last ten years, following a successful career in corporate finance. Most recently, he was CEO of Wheel, which he built into the UK’s number one digital communications agency, and then negotiated its sale to LBi in 2005.
