Ben Langdon – President
Ben Langdon has run several of the World’s leading marketing services and media companies in the UK and Ireland, and across Europe, Middle East and Africa. Most recently he was CEO of one of the UKs leading Digital Marketing agency groups with expertise in eCommerce, online marketing and data analytics.
Catriona Campbell – Founder and Director
Catriona Campbell is one of the most recognisable faces in the digital industry, thanks to her numerous public speaking and media engagements. With degrees in Psychology and Human Computer Interaction (HCI), and having previously worked at BP, General Electric and Barclays Plc, Catriona founded Foviance in 2001.
Richard Sedley – Director of Strategy
Richard Sedley originally trained as a fine artist he has spent the last 20+ years in the creative/customer experience field consulting for clients like Sony Europe, Aviva, Barclays, National Police Improvement Agency, CIPD, British Council and Toshiba.
John Ford – Group Account Director
John is a Key Account Director for Foviance, leading the relationship with some of Foviance’s largest clients.
He has nearly 30 years’ experience in IT, Business Management, Management Consultancy, Programme Management and Key Account Development.
Isabel Gardner – Group Account Director
Isabel Gardner leads a team of Account Managers to manage and grow Foviance’s key client relationships, as well as leading the new business development function. Foviance’s portfolio is an enviable list of the UK’s top companies.
John D’Arcy – Practice Director – Analytics and Insights
John D’Arcy specialises in analytics and insights. He has been helping clients use data and analysis to measure and optimise advertising and marketing for over fifteen years.
John Dumas – Practice Director – UX Research
John Dumas has been leading and delivering user experience services for over fifteen years to clients such as Microsoft, HSBC, Barclays, Land Rover, M&S, Sky, UK Parliament, William Hill and ASOS.
Jonathan Culling – Practice Director – UX Design
Jonathan Culling has a 16 year track record in digital media and 10 years’ as a user experience designer and user researcher.
During this time, he has shaped intranets, internet sites and web applications for some of Europe’s biggest brands.
Tobias Misera – Practice Director – Client Services
Tobias Misera is a passionate user experience expert who thinks that brands usually get the customer behaviours they deserve. He manages the relationship between Key Accounts and Foviance and provides strategic consultancy with the aim to deliver the maximum value to his clients.
Helen Birch – Head of Analysis
Helen Birch is an experienced senior analytics consultant who has been working at Foviance for over 7 years.
Bill Wessel – Head of Mobile UX
Bill Wessel’s user experience (UX) career spans a decade, during which he has worked in a wide variety of industry sectors, applying the majority of methods in a UX consultant’s toolbox. His work has taken him from the user experience of Internet applications, through defence, mobile telecoms and a wide array of major brands.
Sean Burton – Head of Analytical Technologies
Sean Burton’s current rols focuses on strategic use of data with particular attention on data integration, data management and data visualisation. He is responsible for Foviance’s ETL (Extract, Translate, and Load) capabilities, and consults on how clients can best leverage their data sources.
Cyprian Wong – Head of UX Design
Cyprian Wong has 9 years experience in the user experience (UX) industry.
He has a broad understanding of the tools and techniques used in UX and has worked with some of the world’s biggest brands.
