Research laboratories
Our lab headquarters are in London where we have the latest technologies for usability testing. Research takes place in two user experience laboratories complete with comfortable viewing areas. For those who can’t make it to the labs to watch the research take place, we offer remote viewing facilities.
We can also conduct research in your customers’ homes and offices as part of our ethnographic research programme, online (through remote and automated technologies), or in other labs around the world through our network of international partners.
We also have a physical presence in China, Foviance Asia. Please get in touch if you would like to know more about user testing in Asia.
