Foviance started life as The Usability Company and became Foviance following a merger with Web Abacus. In 2008, Foviance acquired Applied Insights to become the UK’s pre-eminent customer experience consultancy, offering the full range of user experience consulting services, including usability and accessibility services, analytics consultancy and user research services.
We’re independent and often work alongside design agencies.
