World Usability Day webinar broadcast by Foviance
On 12th November 2009 - Foviance, the experts in customer experience will broadcast a webinar with Marty Carroll as part of World Usability Day. The title of the webinar is ‘Customer experience in a transparent world’.
This webinar will explain why investing in customer experience is now an imperative to sustain business in the long term. Marty will show how the changing nature of the anger/action relationship enabled by social media means that customer experience should be on the agenda at the highest level of the organisation.
The webinar will coincide with World Usability Day, where the theme for the day is, ‘Designing for a Sustainable World’. WUD says of the theme, “Designing for a Sustainable World focuses on how our products and services impact our world”. In addition to this, the common objective of WUD is, “to ensure that technology helps people live to their full potential and helps create a better world for all citizens everywhere”. At Foviance we feel that customer experience is a vital analysis method in technology, for the benefit of the business and the user. The Foviance webinar will highlight the issues in improving technology for citizens in regards to social media so that it is more accessible.
