UPA Europe 2008, December 6th

Catriona Campbell will be speaking at the first UPA European regional conference of the Usability Professionals’ Association in Turin, Italy. The theme of the conference is “usability and design: cultivating diversity” and Catriona will be speaking on Web 2.0 Social Media, and how to research it using the latest quantitative and qualitative methods and tools.
