Exceptional customer experience
On Tuesday I ordered a Dell mini, 9″ laptop. I’ve been wanting a mini laptop for some time and had been waiting for the Dell product to be launched. The experience of ordering has been exceptional. I ordered Tuesday and today received a telephone call. The automated message told me the following: “Your order is being shipped and will be delivered on Thursday in the morning between 8am and 1pm. If you would prefer an afternoon delivery please press 2.” I pressed 2 and was told thanks, there is no further action and your laptop will be delivered at the new time.
So far so good. I am a delighted customer. Has anyone had other exceptional customer experiences?
