Neil ran two workshop sessions at Ad-Tech on the 27th September.

In the first workshop Neil will be led a panel discussion on “Data integration – why does it have to be so difficult?

In the second workshop called Using web and customer analytics for retention marketing” Neil will be presented some thoughts on how to use data and insight to improve customer rentention activity.
