The training day is designed for people with little or no experience of Google Analytics but with an interest in web analytics. You can contact us to arrange a similar event or or more advanced training.
This one day workshop (20th April 2010) will give you a practical understanding of how you can apply best practice web analytics techniques to gain a deeper understanding of the visitors to your website. The course would be beneficial for online marketers, web executives, webmasters or anyone with a vested interest in understanding how their website is performing. Prerequisites: No prior knowledge of Google Analytics is required.

- Become confident using the Google Analytics Reporting tool
- How to interpret the Google Analytics reports in order to get actionable insight from your data
- Be able to setup goals and funnels to enable you to track the key measures of success for your site
- Learn how to measure the success of your marketing campaigns
- Learn how to use advanced features such as segments and custom reports to delve deeper into your analytics data
