Training terms and conditions

 

Payment

Your course placement is confirmed when payment is received through either PayPal or payment of invoice to Foviance.

Cancellation

Should you decide to cancel you will receive the following refund:

• 30 days or more prior to training – full refund
• 15-29 days prior to training – 50% refund
• 7-14 days prior to training – 25% refund
• 6 days or less prior to training – no refund

Although you can send someone else from your company in your place for no additional charge.

Reimbursement

In the unlikely event of Foviance cancelling any of its training courses, you will receive a full refund. If any of Foviance’s training courses need to be rescheduled, you will be given the option to transfer to the new date or receive a full refund. Should any training courses be cancelled, Foviance is not responsible for any extra costs incurred.
