Foviance appoints four new consultants to its usability team

Foviance, the expert in online experience management, today announces the appointment of four new usability consultants to its growing team.

All new recruits have a degree (BA or MSc) in a related field, including technical communications, human-computer interaction (HCI) or psychology, and a minimum of two years experience in working with digital products.

Billie Anderson joins from American Express Technologies, where she worked as a business systems analyst in the Functional Design and Architecture department. She is also in the process of completing an MSc in Human-Centred Computer Systems.

Katie Buchanan joins Foviance with an MSc in Ergonomics, and for the past three years has been advising rail, road transport, aircraft and consumer products organisations in ergonomics and design.

Kieron Leppard joins from American Express also, where he was as an IT project manager.

And finally, Catherine Fox has been appointed after previously working for usability consultancies Fhios and Foolproof.
