EGR Awards – Nov 30, 2009

This year marks the fifth EGR (eGaming Review) awards which have been called the “Oscars of the industry”.

Foviance is judging the user experience of 45 Gaming websites across eight categories. Catriona Campbell will be in attendance with Mariana Da Silva for the awards ceremony on November 30th 2009.

Foviance is delighted to be participating by judging the user experience category, and is looking forward to attending the awards. Our relationship with EDR has grown throughout 2009, we currently provide monthly reviews and attended the closed Power 50 event in May. 

The Media Festival – Nov 18-20, 2009

Catriona Campbell will be part of the expert guidance committee at The Media Festival this November 18-20, in Manchester.

The Media Festival involves people from the digital and media sectors, including film distributors, advertisers and games developers. Catriona will be acting as an advisor at this event, where there will be speakers, demonstrations and discussions.

Movember.com – November 2009

This year, Foviance is taking part in ‘Movember‘.  A moustache growing competition for the men to help raise awareness and funds for prostate cancer. There will be photos of the participants with their trendy moustache progress recorded throughout November. Help support Movember and Donate today!

eMetrics Summit – Oct 19-23, 2009

Neil Mason will be speaking at the eMetrics Marketing Optimization in Washington DC from 19th to 23rd October 2009.

The summit will look at “Tools and techniques to streamline customer acquisition, conversion and retention to make more, spend less and increase customer satisfaction”. Neil will be meeting to discuss how to achieve the best return on online investments.

EiG Gaming Expo – Sept 15-17, 2009

Catriona Campbell will attend the EiG conference in Copenhagen from 15th to 17th of September 2009.  

 EiG is an i-Gaming Congress and is the biggest of its kind, appealing to many people from around the world, who are involved in the various sectors of i-Gaming. Foviance is conducting a survey between operators and consumers for valuable insight into online games and players. Catriona will be there to represent Foviance and present their findings to a panel.

Google Analytics training course – 18th August 2009

Foviance has launched its first Google Analytics (GA) training course with analytics expert Helen Birch.
If you are new to Google Analytics and want to learn the basics, the training course will enable the novice user to become confident using the GA reporting tool.

The course runs for one day in central London on Tuesday, August 18th 2009.
