Directors Forum – November 3, 2011
Foviance are sponsoring the Customer Engagement Directors Forum on Strategy and Measurement. The day will focus on:
How to gain a robust insight into your customer operations and strategy for maximum return.
Looking at the issues and challenges facing organisations operating in a multichannel environment – where obtaining a single view of the customer is an increasingly complex yet vital component of customer engagement strategy and measurement.
John D’Arcy, Foviance Practice Director of Analytics and Insights will be opening proceedings with his presentation on: Who needs a measurement strategy anyway?
Identifying some of the key challenges facing organisations as they get to grips with BIG data. John will explore some of the different types of data available, what it is useful for and show examples of how the use of measurement frameworks can advance customer engagement and experience strategy.
We are also launching our Multichannel Customer Experience Report at the event, more details to follow Friday 4th November!
Fantastic Tavern, Gamification – July 6, 2011
We will be attending the Gamification Fantastic Tavern, hosted at the Brickhouse on Brick Lane.
There will be 4 rapid presentations from Richard Sedley and EA games, a panel discussion with guests from Microsoft Kinect, Fortune Cookie, Electronic Arts, Wolff Olins, Kempt and Gamoolasoft. Cancer Research will be hosting a brainstorm, explaining some of the critical challenges they face. The event attendees will then be split into think tanks to address their questions.
The Tavern will be wrapped up by the Kinect team about how they see the future of gestural interactions and interfaces unfolding.
Directors Forum – June 29, 2011
Following the success of the Directors Forum in March, Foviance are sponsoring the third forum, which is focused on Multichannel Customer Engagement.
Hosted at the Gallup Office overlooking the London Eye, the day will include keynotes from global experts, examining how to provide a seamless customer experience over the widening range of channels to market including; social media, mobile, call-centre, web and instore.
Paul Blunden, will be a keynote speaker opening the forum with his presentation:
Multichannel customer experience – from consumers to clients: Multichannel customer experience means different things to different people. This keynote presentation will consider how different stakeholders define the issue with some examples of how they approach solutions to the various challenges they encounter. The presentation will include real consumer examples from Foviance research practice as well as examples of what Foviance clients are doing.

NMA Effectiveness Awards – June 23, 2011
The New Media Age Effectiveness Awards promotes the quality of new media usage in the UK, emphasising effectiveness to allow smaller companies to compete on an equal footing with larger ones. Providing a benchmark of excellence for the industry, illustrating the importance of usability and accessibility, in building an effective online presence.
