<p><span lang="EN-GB">Strategic recommendations enabled Haven to transform from a project-by-project approach to one of continual improvements, enabling it to optimise routes to conversion. With information provided on attitude and values profiling, Haven was also able to identify its most valuable customers. </span></p>
<p><span lang="EN-GB">As a result of site performance and traffic analysis, site drop off decreased by 8%. The travel industry website Travolution rated the site 24/25 for usability and 22/25 for accessibility.</span></p>
